What can I expect as an exhibitor at Island FanCon?
When you join FanCon, you become part of a welcoming and supportive community.
Our amazing team of volunteers is here to help throughout the weekend — from load-in to closing time. You can expect clear communication before, during, and after the event, friendly on-site support, and an atmosphere that celebrates creativity, connection, and fun.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations received before April 1, 2026
50% refund for cancellations made before April 15, 2026
No refunds for cancellations after April 15, 2026
All payments must be received on time to maintain your booth reservation.
Are there accommodations for out-of-town exhibitors?
We partner with local hotels to offer special rates. As soon as we receive the confirmed discount links and booking details, we’ll send that information to all registered vendors by email.
How can I order power, extra tables, chairs, or other booth add-ons?
All additional booth needs can be pre-ordered through Central Display, our official setup company. They will send us an order form shortly before the event, which we’ll forward to all registered vendors. Central Display will also have a table near the loading entrances during setup if you wish to place or adjust orders on the spot.
What about Wi-Fi?
Basic venue Wi-Fi is available but can be limited during busy periods. We will share the WiFi info as soon as it is shared with us.
Where can I park during the event?
There is LOTS of parking at CN Centre.
How accessible is the venue for people with disabilities?
The venue is fully accessible, with barrier-free entrances, accessible washrooms, and wide aisles throughout the exhibitor floor. If you or someone on your team requires additional assistance or accommodations, please contact us in advance, we’re happy to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Can I sell AI-generated or bootleg items?
NO. The sale of AI-generated art, bootleg, or counterfeit products is strictly prohibited.
Exhibitors found selling or displaying these items will be asked to remove them immediately. Repeat violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
